Sakeena Tayebji is an Innovation Design Team Lead at Accenture, The Dock in Dublin, Ireland- Accenture's global innovation and R&D hub. Over the past six years as an award winning designer, she has led interdisciplinary teams across India, Dubai, and Dublin- helping global organizations turn data, technology, and insight into human-centered tangible outcomes. Her expertise spans service design, UX/UI, and design research, with a focus on building clarity, trust, and measurable change through design.

I see design as a practice of continual evolution- one that demands curiosity, reflection, and a commitment to learning. Certifications, for me, are not badges but extensions of my craft- ways to deepen expertise, explore emerging tools, and challenge established ways of thinking. Staying current and adaptable is central to how I grow as a designer and how I approach complex, shifting problem spaces.
